Blue pencil, fineliners, nib pen (mainly Saji nibs), Letraset Pro and Tria markers, Photoshop CS2, Painter IX

Inspirational artists:
Comic artist Phil Foglio, many manga artists such as Kiyohiko Azuma, Masamune Shirow and Miki Aihara, but also traditional artists such as Paul Cezanne (for his use of colour and painting technique), and some experimental photographers, such as John Divola

Girl Genius, Azumanga Daioh and Yotsuba&!

Haruki Murakami, Robert Jordan, Carl Hiaasen, Deric Longden, Jon Courtenay Grimwood
